Undergraduate Research Assistant
Mia Price is a junior at Georgetown University majoring in Health Care Management and Policy. She joined the lab in January 2024 in order to explore her interests in the social determinants of health and the role of prevention in healthcare. She has worked on a multi-year evaluation of Camp Kesem's programming to support children of parents with cancer. In addition, she has worked on recruitment for IMPACT 2.0, Family Circle, PCS-IV, and EC-PC, as well as data analysis for RAYS and the tumor molecular profiling project.
Outside of the lab, Mia is a statistics teaching assistant, a volunteer at the Center for Social Justice, and a board member of Survivor: Georgetown. After graduation, Mia plans to attend medical school and pursue a career as a physician.
