Kate Berkery

Kate Berkery is an undergraduate research assistant in the Tercyak Lab and has been a member since fall 2022. Ms. Berkery is a rising junior at Georgetown University studying healthcare management and policy on the pre-med track. 

Kate has a strong interest in cancer prevention and how families deal with the cancer diagnosis of a loved-one. In the future, she hopes to become a physician and specialize in cardiology. 

Ms. Berkery spearheaded this website along with her research coordinators, Mary Rose and Marcelo.
