Georgia Russello

Georgia Russello is an undergraduate research assistant in the Tercyak Lab. She is a Senior at Georgetown University, majoring in neurobiology and minoring in journalism. In the lab, Georgia works as a liaison with Sharsheret to report on the organization's breast and ovarian cancer education programming. Georgia also works on patient recruitment for the IMPACT 2.0 and Family Circle studies. 

Georgia is interested in the relationship between cognition and cancer, and will begin her senior thesis project on this topic in the lab. Outside of academics, Georgia likes to run, travel and works for Georgetown University's student newspaper. Georgia is interested in effective health communication and hopes to pursue a career in public health.
