Tracy Henderson serves as Executive Director, Impact & Inclusion, Comcast NBCUniversal. In this role, Tracy holds responsibility for building and managing a diverse partnership portfolio, cultivating relationships with national and regional nonprofits to advance the company’s primary philanthropic objective of digital equity and the company’s $100 million commitment to advance social justice and equality. Additionally, she serves as an officer of the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation and as a senior advisor on Foundation governance, grantmaking and sponsorship policies, reporting, impact measurement, and training.
Tracy joined Comcast in 2019 after more than 15 years in corporate responsibility, most recently as Head of The Rite Aid Foundation where she led grantmaking, employee giving & volunteerism, cause marketing, and disaster relief. Prior to joining Rite Aid she was a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility leadership team at Target Corporation, supporting the company’s goals of donating $1B to education and logging 1MM employee volunteer hours annually. Before entering the private sector, Tracy worked in the field of public health with a focus on reducing health disparities.
She earned an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of California, Riverside and a BS in Community Health Education from San Francisco State University.
