Trinity Wardle is a seasoned human development and organizational change
practitioner with 5+ years of experience in HR and DEI. Trinity began to
uncover her passion for DEI as an undergraduate studying at the University of
Colorado at Boulder. Pressed to understand the themes of covering, passing,
and group isolation, Trinity found her way to DEI through a desire to
understand the racial climate on campus. Her first role began as a DEI
consultant for student groups through the Center for Multicultural Affairs.
She then set her sights on a full-time career in the DEI space after gaining two
years of international experience working and living in Latin America. Trinity
worked at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., in HR while supporting DEI strategy and
programming. She then transitioned to Meta, formally Facebook, where she
worked full-time in DEI program management for over three years. While her
introduction to DEI was centered on individual experience, her lens has shifted toward systems-level change.Â
She is currently completing a masters program in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and consulting in Learning and Development.
