Thank you for visiting my webpage!

I am joining the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade (KIET) as an associate research fellow in September 2024.

I earned my Ph.D. in Economics at Georgetown University.

I am a migration economist who works on the drivers of migration and the impact of migration, especially in the avenues of political economics and labor economics.

My research focuses on understanding how political factors influence migration flows

My other work explores topics such as the impact of migration on election outcomes, the impact of migration on the labor market, and immigrants' labor market performance.
