Divina Gamble is the Managing Partner of Korn Ferry's Washington, DC Office, and is the Nonprofit Practice Co-Leader. She is also a member of the firm’s Board and Diversity practices.
Ms. Gamble specializes in the recruitment of senior leaders and board members within the global nonprofit, association, education, and corporate social responsibility arena. In partnership with a colleague in the Financial Services practice, she launched and leads the firm's work in Impact Investing. She has placed CEOs for regional, national and international organizations, start-up and renowned foundations, leading social service organizations, arts and cultural centers, and some of the world’s most prominent associations. Within academia, she has conducted searches for Presidents, Provosts, Deans and other senior leaders for public and private colleges and universities within the U.S. and abroad.
Ms. Gamble joined Korn Ferry from Discovery Communications, Inc. where she worked on the Global Project Management team. Prior to Discovery, she served as an academic counselor in the dean’s office at Georgetown University and as a charter school teacher in Washington, DC.
Ms. Gamble received a Bachelors and Masters of Arts from Georgetown University. She served as a chair for the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program and co-founded the Georgetown University Alumnae Giving Circle in partnership with the Center for Social Justice. Additionally, she served on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc DC and Melwood Inc. She is a member of Pipeline Angels and serves on the National Black MBA Association Advisory Council. Ms. Gamble was inducted into the Calibr Network, an extension of the Executive Leadership Council.
