Kongite Jordan is an Associate on the Talent Management Team at the National Urban League. In this role, she handles the day-to-day needs of the Talent Management Department as a whole.

Prior to joining the National Urban League, Kongite worked on the Environments/People Operation team at Fandom, the Traffic Department at Emmis Communications, and in Customer Service at Luxottica Group. 

Kongite graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Kongite was raised in Miami, and has lived in New York for about 7 years. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and trying new restaurants.
