We invite you to propose papers for the first meeting of the DMV GREP (Gender, Race and Ethnicity Politics) Workshop. This is an effort to strengthen ties among race and ethnicity politics scholars across institutions in the areas of DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Our goal is to showcase the work of political scientists (faculty and graduate students) in the study of American and comparative studies of race and ethnicity politics. We especially welcome intersectional approaches to how we understand racial and ethnic political dynamics at work. All scholars who are working or are interested in these areas of research are encouraged to attend.
We look forward to creating space for awesome presentations, networking, and potential collaborations.
We are grateful for those who have RSVP'd for the upcoming meeting.
We are grateful to our presenters who have submitted their work for feedback. The deadline for submissions has passed, but stay tuned for the abstract submission cycle for next time.
