Hello! I am a second-year PhD student in Computational Linguistics at Georgetown University, where I work with Professors Amir Zeldes, Nathan Schneider, and Ethan Wilcox. I am also pursuing an interdisciplinary concentration in Cognitive Science.
I am interested in the ways that human language is processed in the mind and brain, and how we can use computational models to help answer these questions.
I am also fascinated by creative uses of language, like metaphors, and the cognitive mechanisms underlying their use and understanding.
Before coming to Georgetown, I attended the University of Illinois, Chicago, where I received a double degree in Computer Science + Lingusitics and Neuroscience.
