FREE Policy Briefs
SITE is the founder of a network of leading research institutes and universities in Eastern Europe called the Forum for Research on Eastern Europe and Emerging Economies (FREE). The network has as its members the Kyiv School of Economics, ISET at Tbilisi State University, BEROC, Biceps/SSE Riga, CenEA, and Cefir/New Economic School (inactive). Among other things the network publishes short papers on development policy, often in the context of Eastern Europe, based on academic research. We refer to these short papers as FREE Policy Briefs.
