All employees and students who do not have the Premium license can only see and use Gemini on the Gemini App page - gemini.google.com
The same is true for NotebookLM and NotebookLM Plus. It is not integrated on other Google apps page.
the productivity Those with the Gemini Premium license - you will see the Gemini assistant in most of your Google Workspace apps.
The premium license users will see it integrated in Gmail (includes Chat), Google Meet, and the Drive homepage as well as on any google Doc, Sheets, or Slides.
While you won't see it on some of the other apps pages, like Calendar, you still have some options on working with it from the Gmail Gemini Sidebar.

You will see the icon in the upper right. Clicking on it will give you a pop-out section on the right side of your Gmail inbox.
Open the "Compose" window and when you click in the message box, you'll see a prompt "help me write" assistant
You can also click on the assistance in the toolbar at the bottom.
