To add questions to your evaluations: 

• • • Login to your faculty portal in my.georgefox.edu, before the evaluation is open to students.  If you haven't done so already, here are instructions on how to access the faculty portal to the IASystem via single sign-on!

    • Once you're in the IASystem, use the dropdown menu for My Items, to click on Manage My Items.

    • Copy one of the questions listed above and paste it in the OPEN ENDED ITEMS section.  

      • • • Click the ADD button.  

          • Repeat to add additional questions, and click SAVE.

    • You can now add these questions to all your pending evaluations if you would like.

      • • • Use the dropdown menu for Evaluations, to click on View All Evaluations.

          • For each of your pending evaluations, click Add Items.  

          • On the next screen, click the boxes next to the two questions you just added, and click SAVE.

Questions must be added to your evaluations before they are open to students!
