Dance Launch

Our Young Transformers programme will begin in the new school year when pupils return after the summer. We want everyone to be as excited and proud as we are to be part of such an ambitious programme and to celebrate Community by joining together through dance. Despite the challenges of the year, our school communities have never been so connected: new groups and teachers in Google Classrooms, supporting communities through food parcels and our engagement with the local church to guide us through it all. To celebrate our togetherness, we invite staff, pupils and their families from the three schools within the Genesis Education Trust community to join us for a ‘Dance into the Summer’.

Of course we will want you - families, parents, locals - to partake as well and have the opportunity to share your creative dance moves with us. To join us, let our pupils guide you through the steps in the video above, film your efforts (landscape orientation filming is preferred if possible) and send us your clips using the following email addresses by 24th June 2021:
