The operations of the Food Bank are overseen by a Board of Directors. The Genesis Food Bank is located in the Thomas County Office Complex, 350 South Range, Suite 13, in Colby, Kansas.

The Food Bank is open on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and is available to offer food assistance to Thomas County residents. Genesis-Thomas County, Inc. is run entirely by volunteers.
