RETURNING/CURRENT Students

Returning Students:

If You enrolled in another district and are coming back to Mt. Morris

THE DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS ONLY APPLY TO STUDENTS WHO LEFT THE DISTRICT AND ARE NOW RETURNING.

SKIP TO STEP ONE UNDERNEATH THE DOCUMENT REQUIRMENTS IF YOUR CHILD IS A CURRENT STUDENT.

DOCUMENT REQUIRMENTS

ALL documentation must be brought to the building in which your student is enrolling, so that we can continue the enrollment process.

  • Original Certified Birth Certificate. Hospital copy will NOT be accepted.

  • Immunization Record

  • Two (2) Proofs of Residency - (Example: Consumer Bill, Payroll Check, Rent/House payment, Current Lease, Insurance Bill, Property Tax Bill, Subscriptions)

  • Parent/Guardian Picture ID with current address

Office hours are 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday during the school year; and summer hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.


1. Login to your already existing ParentVUE account HERE.

If you do not remember your login, you can contact the building your student attends, and they will be able to provide you with your username. For your building's contact information, visit Mt. Morris Consolidated School's website. If you have a current student and do not have your login, you will have to call, either for your login information or for an activation key code (instructions below) from your building.

If you have forgotten your password for ParentVUE, you can enter your username on the login site and click the link “forget your password? Click here”, and it will step you through resetting your password.

DO NOT create a new account if you already have an account, because it will not allow you to view your current student’s information.

If you're returning to Mt. Morris after being out of district, you will still need to use your previous account. Please contact your school for an activation code or your user name.

If you are enrolling a NEW student into Mt. Morris and DO NOT have any current students at Mt. Morris.


2. Once you're logged in, click the registration tab in the upper right corner.

3. Follow the instructions and make sure each section has a green check mark.

If you have multiple students, find each student under the "Student" tab and update the student’s information.

If your address has changed, you will need to supply the building with new proofs of residency.


4. Once you have reviewed each student’s information, the buildings will be notified and accept or deny the student.

You will receive an email confirmation of this.


CURRENT Mt. Morris STUDENT AND DON’T HAVE EXISTING PARENTVUE ACCOUNT

1. You will need to contact your student’s building to obtain an activation key code.

2. Once you have an activation key code, login to ParentVUE HERE.

Click the "I am a Parent" button.

Then, click the "More Options" tab underneath the login, and then the link “Activate Account”. Follow the instructions.

3. Once logged in, click the "Online Registration" tab in the upper right corner.

If you have multiple students, they should appear under the "Students" tab on the left. Each will need information updated.

All info will have to be completed before you can "Submit". Green checks will appear once an item is complete.

4. Once you are in the online registration, you will go through each student under the student tab and update the student’s information.

If you have changed your address, you will need to supply the building with new proofs of residency.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR ALL ENROLLING PARENTS!

  • Please note if you stop the enrollment process and log out, online registration saves the entered information. You can click “resume registration” or “start over.”

  • Please remember to supply the building with any additional documents needed for enrollment.
