Account Information — your email address, and optional login via Google, Facebook, or Apple.
Game Data — your progress, characters, inventory, run history, and in-game settings.
Analytics — anonymous gameplay and performance data collected through Google Firebase and GameAnalytics.
Device & Log Data — device identifiers, operating system version, crash reports, and diagnostic logs.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to operate and secure your account, sync your progress across devices and sessions, improve and balance the Game, deliver notifications, and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
The Game integrates the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google Firebase, GameAnalytics, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, and Apple Sign-In. We encourage you to review their policies.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to operate the Game and maintain your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Account Deletion below).
Children's Privacy
Users under 13 require parental consent to use login features. If we learn that data has been collected from a child without proper consent, that data will be deleted automatically.

Terms of Service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Game, nor use cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, or other unauthorized tools. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All game content, artwork, and assets belong to Gempak Games and may not be used outside the Game without written permission.

The Game is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the Game.
Account Deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time:
Email info@gempakgames.com from, or including, your registered email address or login method.
Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request — Ether Defenders".
We will process your request within 30 days.
Deletion permanently removes your game progress, personal data, and analytics information, except where limited data must be retained to comply with legal obligations.
