Culinary at Oakcrest is a 4-year program with hands-on experience. In addition to learning real life skills, students will have the opportunity to earn ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification- an Industry valued credential. Oakcrest has invested in a new second industry kitchen and industry standard equipment.

Culinary Activities include the Culinary Club, the Barbecue Team, and our Greater Grub food truck.
