CO.1 Solve practical problems of engineering dealing with coplanar forces by applying fundamental principles of mechanics like principles of equilibrium and principles of friction.


CO.2 Apply principles of statics to analyze statically determinate beams under flexural load and trusses under axial load.


CO.3 Determine stresses and strains under axial loads for different engineering materials, by knowing basic material properties.


CO.4 Analyze the sections for bending and shear stresses after studding the properties of section, like center of gravity and moment of inertia.
