National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC)

National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC) is a Central Public Sector Undertaking under the aegis of Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. 

The Corporation is registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (Corresponding provisions of section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013) on 24.01.1997 as a company not for profit. 

NDFDC functions as an apex institution for channelizing funds for promoting economic development activities and self-employment ventures for the benefit of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through the State Channelizing Agencies (SCAs) nominated by the respective State/UT Government(s) and partner Banks (Public Sector Banks & Regional Rural Banks).

National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC) is mandated to work for the Socio-economic empowerment of PwDs. There are two flagship schemes of NDFDC for channelizing concessional loan through its partner agencies i.e

• DivyangjanSwavalambanYojana(DSY), which is individual centric

• Vishesh Microfinance Yojana (VMY), which is for Self Help Groups / Joint liability groups through various partner agencies for the welfare and rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in the country.

કેંન્દ્ર સરકાર/ રાજ્ય સરકારની પોસ્ટ-મેટ્રિક શિષ્યવૃતિ યોજના તથા અન્ય વિવિધ શિષ્યવૃતિ યોજનાનો લાભ આપવા માટે વિધ્યાર્થીઓનું  E-kyc કરવું જરુરી છે (આધાર કાર્ડ અને રેશન કાર્ડ નું જોડાણ), નીચે મુજબના ઓપ્શન દ્વારા  E-kyc કરી શકાશે.  

૧) My Ration મોબાઇલ એપ દ્વારા લાભાર્થી ઘરે બેઠા ફેસ ઓથેન્ટીકેશન થી કરી શકે છે. 

૨) ગ્રામ પંચાયત ખાતે ઇ-ગ્રામ સેન્ટરમાં VCE દ્વારા વેબબેઇઝ્ડ મારફત તથા 

૩) (સરકારી શાળાના) અધિકારી/કર્મચારી/VCE /આચાર્ય/શિક્ષકો દ્વારા PDS+ મોબાઇ એપ થી કરવામાં આવી રહેલ છે.
