Why G-Suites? Well, first off, it's free for qualifying organizations! It's hosted in the cloud so we don't need our own servers to store club data. Any of your documents you create and store in G-Suites can be recovered if something were to happen to your computer. One of the handiest reasons is file collaboration. You can easily share documents with fellow club members and control whether or not they can edit the document or just see it and not edit it. You can even open and edit documents with your mobile device. Granted, not as easily as you can do on a computer, but it can be done.

G-Suites will allow the Officers of this club to manage the club more efficiently. Safely store important club documents and more easily transfer ownership of those documents to newly elected Club Officers.
