Recording Your Screen: Using Loom to Capture Your Computer Screen (and Yourself!)
Dischord - Created as a chatroom server for gamers, many MS & HS students are already familiar with this platform, which also allows for voice discussions. Take care with the permissions and settings.
EdPuzzle - class-based platform that allows you to stop and chunk readings, videos, etc. to have students answer specific questions you posit.
Epson Interactive - these apps allow you to use the interactive whiteboard in your classrooms in conjunction with the digital pens.
FlipGrid (free) - video-based classroom discussion platform, similar to Padlet and Seesaw. (Note: MS & HS teachers might consider this, as Seesaw is particularly marketed to younger children.)

Hapara - shares documents with specified classrooms of students
Kahoot for Distance Learning - interactive polls & multiple choice quizzes, using a shared screen to watch results while students take the quiz on another tab or device.
Nearpod - interactive classroom elements, including gamifying quizzes, collecting responses in new ways, etc.
Padlet- an online virtual “bulletin” board, where students and teachers can collaborate. Similar to Seesaw and FlipGrid in many ways. [NOTE: Questions about Padlet? Please ask Danny Stock!]
PearDeck - a Google Slides add-on, that makes slides interactive to students can answer questions in the slide.
PointerPro - makes your pointer huge, so others can follow it when sharing your screen via Zoom or Google Meet
Quizizz - create interactive multiple choice quizzes for asynchronous or synchronous learning. Unlike Kahoot, Quizizz answers directly to the player as they go.
Quizlet - excellent for creating vocabulary flashcards
