I am Dr. Sylvia O. Taylor, your school librarian for UPI Elementary School.

I am married to Dr. Steven Edward Taylor. He spent 30+ years and is a retired United States Navy Officer. He is  currently employed at AsTumbo Middle School. We have 2 adult children. They are Jeremy Edward Taylor, 37 years old who lives in Washington and Robert Theodore Taylor is 35 years old, live with us in Dededo, Guam. 

I have earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Certified in Language Arts, Certified in Library, and a Master’s Degree in Reading. I also have my Doctorate Degree in Educational Management.
