Welcome parents and students to 6th grade at FBLG middle school! What a momentous occasion for you all!

I am Mrs. Caasi, and I will be your Math Teacher for Team 6B this school year. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Guam on May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education. Although I may be a fairly new teacher, I can assure you that you will be in great hands!

Math can be a very challenging subject for many people. Although I am a math teacher now, I was not always good at it. I, too, struggled in math when I was in middle school. However, with the help and guidance of the right teacher, I was finally able to understand and love math. Thus, it is my goal to do the same for you.

I believe that everyone is capable of learning math, with the right teacher, if they have the willingness and motivation to do so. Thus, by working together (teacher, parents, and students), you will be able to succeed!

This school year will be a new experience for us all. Your patience and understanding is appreciated as we work out the kinks. I look forward to learning with you!
