Taga Club McTeacher's Night
The 7th Grade Taga Club hosted a McTeacher’s Night on September 30th, and it was a huge success! Students, families, and friends came out to show their support throughout the evening. It was a fun-filled night full of good food, games, laughter, and quality time with our IMS community. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the Taga Club!
Girls Volleyball 8th Grade Celebration
The girls’ volleyball team celebrated their seven 8th grade players on Saturday, October 26, in honor of their final season as Warriors. The girls were showered with gifts, special signs, and lots of love and encouragement from their teammates, coaches, and supporters. It was a wonderful way to recognize and celebrate these amazing athletes and all they have contributed to the team throughout their years at IMS! Thank you, Warriors!
Girls in Aviation Day
Female members of NJHS were given the amazing opportunity to spend the day with United Airlines in celebration of Girls in Aviation Day!
Students had the chance to meet and speak with pilots and flight attendants, tour an aircraft, and explore the different departments that work together to keep airline operations running smoothly. They even met former Warrior and IMS alumna, Avianna San Nicolas, who is a United Airlines flight attendant.
It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to learn about the many careers available in aviation and to see firsthand the people and teamwork that make it all possible. This is certainly an experience they will never forget!
