Curriculum Mapping 2023-2024

This school year we used the Chalk curriculum mapping app from PowerSchool. It was certainly a lot easier to document lesson content and join them to MA World Language standards. In previous years we were doing curriculum mapping and allignment using very simple tools like Google Docs to organize the information, so using the Chalk platform for mapping the curriculum was great!

To align the Flexpoint/FLVS content to the new Massachusetts' World Languages Standards I used a helpful tool available a the Flexpoint website: The "Correlations Tool." It was easy to pick the set of standards and then grade level and subject area and map the content to the standards that way.
