  1. EACH SCHOOL will determine which projects and students will attend the Tech Fair.

  2. No more than 2 students may represent a project. (Unless approved by the Instructional Technology Team)

  3. Duplicate projects will NOT be permitted by the same school or teacher.

  4. Choose student representatives wisely. Students will need to be able to articulate the details of the project including what they learned from their experience.

  5. Pick students that will do a great job "showcasing" their project to spectators that will be visiting their station from other schools and the community.

  6. Have students use the Category Rubrics found under the Categories Tab at the top of this page to guide them as they talk about their projects.

  7. Do a practice run with students' projects the week before the Tech Fair.  Ask your Administrators to come and see projects. This not only helps the students with their presentations, but involves the Administrators in the Tech Fair.(Since most of them don't get to attend the Tech Fair itself...)

  8. Feel free to ask your Tech Coach to assist or to look over projects and give feedback.

  9. Does your school have school spirit t-shirts? Wear them! Show your school pride and make your team more cohesive!

  10. Space is limited. Do not plan to bring EXTRA items that are not needed for your project.

  11. For larger projects, it is suggested that you video or do a presentation of the project in action, for example flight simulators, drones, students in action, etc.

  12. Only one laptop or Chromebook is needed per Project. Be sure to charge your Chromebook or Laptop fully before coming to the Tech Fair.
