I had basic knowledge of hair care, and how you can tell the state of your hair. For example, I learned facts like when your scalp is moisturized, there is a higher probability that your hair is also moisturized. A dry and flaky scalp will cause brittle hair because there is no support in where the hair is growing from.
I only knew facts about my hair type, the curlier, tightly curled hair type. So in order to be inclusive and help my audience with their hair type, I decided to research how to take care of other hair types. I learned information like the frequency in which you wash your hair according to your hair type.
You're also supposed to get your hair trimmed at least every two to three months. Starting fresh with a clean scalp, and also getting your hair professionally trimmed will help the molecules in your hair react to how you've been treating it.
I researched many details, seen on the poster. Going deeper into the science of hair care, and how it affects hair growth.
