Reflection

This project has truly been a journey. Throughout the course of my work on it, there have been times when I felt demotivated, confused, lost, and unsure. At the beginning of the year, I had no idea how my project would manifest itself. In the ensuing months, my project started taking shape as I gathered more information and conducted research. Having submitted the final project, I now know that it was never meant to be certain from the beginning; it was meant to evolve as I made new discoveries. I have learned a lot about the area that I chose to focus on for my project, but on top of that, I have learned a lot about myself. I have learned how I work best, and what makes it difficult for me. I have learned the importance of planning ahead and being prepared, but I have also learned how to improvise things on the spot when I need to. After completing this project, I feel as though I have discovered something that I am truly interested in, and I know that this knowledge, both of my topic and myself, will prove useful to me for years to come. I am proud of what I have accomplished and extremely happy to have had the opportunity to do this project.
