In the first stages of my project, during my "Expert Evening," I spoke to Paulina Tarrant, who works with companies to help minimize their emissions in the most efficient way. Paulina is the reason I shifted my focus towards creating something from oranges, as well as attempting to create something that could be more cost effective for large brands.
