Once I knew what I was going to do, I understood that research was going to take up a lot of time in the beginning. I brainstormed an initial list of places that I planned on researching first, mostly on the ones I knew most about I started with the UK, mainly because its one of the countries I know the most about (other than the US). these research docs were my first assignments for myself and my advisor.
This is part of the doc I did for research on the UK. My dad is from England, so he was very helpful in collecting useful information.Â
France was next, considering I spent a month traveling it over the summer. I have been to Paris a substantial amount of times, but not as often as London (family). I knew all the common tourist locations, as well as enjoyable and less-known spots. I knew it would be essential to include various different regions, like Provence and the Alps.
