HOPE.
This year, the Grace Theatre Company season is looking to explore the theme of "hope," what it means when hope is found, hope is in question, and all hope is lost.
Our fall play, Peter and the Starcatcher, is a show about hope, making connections, and finding a place where you belong: home.
In the Winter Series, our student playwrights wrote two very different pieces. In A Ravasz Roka, we see a war-ravaged town and family who have given up on hope. In A Shakespearean Review, the audience is left to consider their own hope for original and creative artistic expression in a constantly recycled world.
We will round out our season with Urinetown: the musical, where all hope is lost until a brave young man and the daughter of capitalistic tyrant, fight the evils of the world to discover a river of hope towards a bright new future...or do they?
Student Leadership is ingrained into our production process. Students are eligible to apply for positions in stage management, design, direction, choreography, and other student leadership roles for each show.
Here are some of the talented Grace Students who are holding leadership positions this season.
