Meet Mrs. Hacker

Learning has been my passion for over 34 years!  I look forward to sharing your child's learning journey for 5th grade.

I'm a graduate of Indiana State University majoring in Elementary Education with endorsements in language arts and social studies. I received my Master's from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have taught grades 4-8 in language arts, social studies, physical education, health, and science.

I will teach English Language Arts/Social Studies this year. My husband, Bill, and I have two children, Carter, who is studying aviation management at Indiana State University and wants to be a commercial pilot, and McKenzie, who will be a senior at New Palestine High School. She is involved in four sports and many charitable activities, so she keeps us on our toes.
