Celebrate Your Senior with a Recognition Ad in the Yearbook!
Dear Senior Parents & Guardians,
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to celebrate your senior with a Recognition Ad in this year’s yearbook! Recognition Ads are a wonderful way to honor your student’s accomplishments, share memories, and leave a lasting message of love and pride in a keepsake they will cherish for years.
Please read the following for important information concerning senior yearbook deadlines.
BABY PICTURES
Senior baby pictures are due by November 1st: Each senior will have a baby picture in the senior section. Send a copy of a baby picture of your student to the yearbook advisor by November 1st. Do not print them on regular copy paper; please use photo paper. NO CHARGE FOR THE BABY PICTURE.
Email pictures to yearbook@gcpsva.org and don't forget to include your students name!
How to Purchase & Design Your Ad

You must finish designing the ad before you can purchase it.
Ad space is not reserved until both the design and payment are complete.
We understand these ads are an investment. Please know that Recognition Ad sales help keep the overall cost of the yearbook lower for every student. By purchasing an ad, you’re not only celebrating your senior—you’re also helping ensure that yearbooks remain affordable for all students.

Important Note: The cost of a Recognition Ad does not include the purchase of a yearbook. Yearbooks are currently $45, but the price will increase on September 12th, so be sure to order early!

Do I have to complete the ad to purchase?
Yes. You must 100% complete the ad to pay. There is no way to reserve your spot without finishing the ad.Is there a number I can call if I have technical difficulties?
Yes. Please call Jostens Ad Service Support at 1-877-767-5217 (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST). When connected, Press 1 for Yearbook, then Press 2 for Yearbook Ad Service Support.Is there a video tutorial for creating Recognition Ads?

Can I split my ad order into payments?
Yes, please choose the JPay 3-payment option during checkout.Will there be an extension if I miss the deadline?
