Build and sustain partnerships that assist with cultivating our school district's mission, vision, and goals.
As a part of the school system, we promote the development and growth of:
Safety, Health & Wellness - of the students, employees, and community;
Student Achievement - driving accelerated achievement for all students;
Productivity - designing and implementing efficient and effective processes aligned with the District's vision, mission, and goals;
Communication & Messaging - increasing awareness and engagement in the educational process from the classroom to the community;
Vision - Cultivating Excellence. Transforming Lives. Impacting Futures;
Mission - together with families and the community, GCPS is committed to providing a safe, rigorous, student-centered environment that empowers learners
Proactive event planning and scheduling enable us to allocate labor efficiently and effectively. Our automated systems eases the process for internal personnel to request the services we offer which are aligned with mission, vision, and elevation of our organization. This streamlined approach improves productivity, balances workloads, keeps us on schedule, and ensures compliance with government statutes, laws, and regulations.
At GCPS Communications, one of our goals is to help create a culture that reduces the burden on staff associated with helpdesk inbound calls and emails — eliminating delays and errors that often come with miscommunication and time-consuming manual processes. Even better, by closely coordinating inbound and outbound appointments, our team can tightly control key cost drivers and operate with greater efficiency.
Turnaround Time: Will be discussed during the formal consultation stage of the process. Emergencies will be considered based on the team's availability and current workload.
