Let's start with the bid. The young man who came to do the bid was respectful, professional and friendly. His bid was detailed, it spelled out all the terms of the contract in full, and was priced very reasonably. Compared to all the other bidders who were late, didn't show up at all, or were rude and refused to put in writing a bid that was more than double, Jake.was a breath of fresh air. We scheduled the job, and although I was understandably hesitant about making a 50% deposit, after checking with Angi, I paid it. He kept in touch with me to make sure that I had the house ready. I should mention that I am in my 60s and am severely handicapped. On the appointed day the crew showed up on time, (10 minutes early) and they were very personable and professional young men. They treated me, my home and my possessions with respect and care. They did an AMAZING job! They were replacing the flooring in about 1/2.my house, including both bathrooms, utility room and kitchen. I put in luxury vinyl planks in 2 colors. They placed each plank carefully to ensure that they were properly fitted to maintain waterproofing. The entire job was done carefully, neatly and with real pride in workmanship, which is a very rare thing these days. And the boys very very kind to my dogs one of whom is very old, deaf and nearly blind. I cannot express how impressed and pleased I am with the service which I received from this company. In addition, when they were putting back my washer they discovered a pinhole leak in the water supply, and worked with me to fix the problem instead of simply ignoring the problem. We will definitely use this company for any other remodeling or repair projects that we may do. I wouldn't hire anyone else!!!!!
