Hi! Welcome to 7th grade! 

My name is Ms. Schluter and I am from Gifford, Illinois. In 2024, I graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Middle Level Education (Grades 5-8). During my time there, I was on the Illinois State Cheerleading team and got to cheer for football, basketball, volleyball, and compete at college cheerleading nationals! I love reading, spending time with my friends, going to the gym, and coaching all star cheerleading! 

I am so excited to be your language arts and social studies teacher this year! In language arts, we will work on becoming stronger writers, readers, and thinkers. In social studies, we will explore the people and events that have shaped our world. I am so excited to get to know each and every one of you and make this a great year together!
