Important Hotel and Lodging Information
We encourage participants to make hotel reservations as soon as possible.
Please note that Salt Lake City is a highly popular destination in Spring, and many hotels may be sold out (and/or have increased room rates) even a few months before our event in May. Many hotel reservations don’t require pre-payment and have a very flexible penalty-free 24 hours before the day-of-arrival cancellation policy.

Little America and Grand America (near UTAH TRAX that brings you directly to campus via a short ride or one can use short ride via Uber/Lyft):
On May 3, 2025, the Utah Transit Authority will begin repairs on TRAX Red Line to replace the grade crossing at 500 South to repair broken rail and worn components that are nearing the end of their useful life.
From May 3 through May 9, a bus bridge will be put in operation for the Red Line between the Ballpark Trax Station and the Library Station. Riders should expect 15- to 30-minute delays while using the bus bridge. UTA advises riders to plan their transit usage accordingly to avoid extended delays in their travel.
