Things We Can Do To Help Stop The Spread Of Germs

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

Use antibacterial soap and wash your hands for at least 20 seconds

Sing the Happy Birthday Song twice when you wash your hands!!!

After changing diapers or cleaning up a child who has used the toilet
After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
After touching an animal, animal feed, or animal waste
After handling pet food or pet treats

Tips On Coughing And Sneezing Without Spreading More Germs

Cough into a tissue and then throw it away.
Cough into your elbow rather than covering with your hands and never cough into another person’s space.
Wash your hands with antibacterial soap for at least 20 seconds after you cough.

Germs Are Everywhere!

If you can’t wash your hands then use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
Wipe down surfaces with sanitizing wipes- like desks, handles, doors, and tables

Keep things like pencils and pens out of your mouth

You can take these things with you when you have to go out !!!
