Class of 2020...I am so proud of the incredible young men and women you have become. My advice to you would be simple... don't limit yourselves. Take advantage of all of the opportunities life tosses at you. Life moves on whether you choose to take chances and grow or whether you stay behind locked in the past. Know your worth. Follow your dreams. Discover your passions. Get out there and live your life. Best wishes to you all! --Ms. Mohr

Hello class of 2020! Congratulations on all of your hard work and accomplishments while at Brookwood. I wish you all the best in high school, and am hopeful for your futures. There are so many opportunities out there for you as you become the best version of yourself. If each day you work hard and rely on those around you, I know you can accomplish your goals. Aim high! Thank you for learning with me and sharing your lives with me. I am better for having known you.
Dear Class of 2020,
Thanks for being such an awesome group! From record-breaking MAP test scores to brain breaks in the work-out room, our time together was always enjoyable. I especially was impressed with the thoughtful students that regularly asked how my weekend was or if I was enjoying my current book. Thank you! While the best of your lives is yet to come, remembering your time at Brookwood should always bring a smile to your face. Congratulations!
Mr. Jagow
Hello 2020 8th Grade Graduates!
Gosh, it doesn't seem long ago that you were 2nd graders! Now you are graduating 8th grade and leaving Brookwood behind to start a new chapter in your life. I hope you will always cherish the memories you have made at Brookwood. Best of luck to you all in high school and beyond. In everything you do, always give it your best and shoot for the stars! Congratulations!
Mrs. Conrardy
Dear 8th Graders,
Wow....you have all come so far since your first days in Kindergarten. I have always enjoyed being a Specialist that gets to have you year after year and watch you grow and learn. You all have the skills and strength to go on to High School and succeed. Good luck to all of you and take advantage of all the opportunities at Badger. Make good choices, get involved, work hard and reach for the stars! Best of luck to all of you!
Mrs. Popenhagen
In 5th grade, I remember the way your face lit up when you "got it!", bringing me flowers, chocolate and Starbucks cards, forgiving me when I made a mistake or said something unintentionally that hurt your feelings, laughing at my stupid jokes, rolling your eyes when I asked you to write a KWS for that easy story problem, and doing what I asked.
And onward...I remember you in the Lion King...Peter Pan...Mary Poppins... experiencing the bond that I had so hoped for, that our musical kids feel. Your beautiful, beautiful artwork, band concerts & vocal numbers... Your smiles, games, cheerleading, concession stand work, volunteering, mentoring, dance... Being "cool"...but not "too cool." Your smiles and hellos and hugs always remain...
Congratulations Class of 2020! You are amazing!
Hello graduates!
I am so happy that I got to be your teacher. Do you realize that you teach me too?! I have learned much from you! You each have talents that no one else has and if you haven’t found what your talent or passion is yet, don’t worry, you will one day!
I want to share with you this quote by one of my favorite authors, J.K. Rowling. “It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all—in which case, you fail by default.” Do not be afraid of new chapters, you got this! I wish the absolute best for you all! Please stay in touch!

Best of luck with any new path that you choose to go down!

Congratulations BMS Class of 2020! Although this school year did not end the way you thought it would, you will have a great story to tell your kids! I will miss seeing your smiling faces in the hallways. You are such a fun group and I feel grateful that I was able to get to know you. Dream big and go great things! Don't be afraid to take chances and above all- Do your best at whatever it is you choose to do! You are moving on to high school but you will always have family here at Brookwood. CONGRATULATIONS CLASS OF 2020! You will always have a special place in my heart. You were the last class to call me Ms. Leasure. You may not have gotten to do all the things that eighth graders have done in the past, but you have one of the best "back in my day, when I graduated 8th grade..." lines to tell your future kids. I wish you all the best in high school! I can't wait for what the future has in store for you. I know you will do great!
