KSoul Hiatus Timeline:

– October 1st, 2023 - October 21st, 2023: On hiatus for family reasons, returned as of October 21st for fan concert.

– December 11th, 2023: PocketDol released a notice of inactivity for KSoul for family reasons promising he would return for promotions in January. He was absent for all promotions in January.

– January 24th, 2024: KSoul released a notice on Weibo stating that he would resume solo activities in China as a way to make money. He went broke paying for medical bills for his father.
– March 2nd, 2024: PocketDol releases a statement saying that KSoul's father had passed in late February.

– April 17th, 2024: It was announced KSoul wouldn't paticipate in the "Pitter-Patter-Love" comeback.
– October 19th, 2024: No birthday post was made for KSoul on any FANTASY BOYS official SNS.

– January 24, 2025: KSoul learned from the internet that PocketDol Studio announced his departure from FANTASY BOYS on their fan cafe. He has ceased all associations with the group and agency.

Post FANTASY BOYS:
– He has been active as a Chinese idol.
– He is a care officer for the Star Care Project in China. They aim to provide support and resources for children with autism and other developmental disorders.

Junwon's Departure:

– Yu Junwon's parents requested an increase in his profit-sharing rate, arguing that he should receive significantly more than the other members due to his ranking as the top contestant in the survival program.
– This demand led to conflicts with PocketDol Studio, as the agency typically distributes profits equally among group members, regardless of individual rankings.

– The court ruled that there was no specific exclusive contract between Jun-won and PocketDol Studio regarding his entertainment activities, although it acknowledged the existence of a general agreement for a 5-year exclusive contract. 

– The judge found that the contract details were in line with standard practices for artists and that there was insufficient evidence of unreasonable demands from the agency. Funky Studio's legal representative argued that Jun-won's failure to sign an attached agreement on profit distribution led to his voluntary withdrawal from the group. – Following the ruling, Funky Studio announced plans to pursue a 3 billion won damages lawsuit against Yoo Jun-won, asserting that his claims of unfair treatment were unfounded.
