The ADA/FTE Report allows you to verify totals of ADA and FTE data broken down by Special Program Categories.This report can be run at any time to verify ADA/FTE numbers. It is most commonly run at the end of eachsemester and prior to running and PEIMS processes to ensure numbers appear accurate.The ADA Report contains information on the number of students in membership and attendance percentage on your campus bygrade level and totals.The Daily Register is a detailed student attendance report that calculates funding and special program attendance for anentity. Then the report is generated, date is saved to an internal table called the Registry Results table (remove thissentence?). This internal table is used to generate data for the Contact Hour Reports and ADA/FTE report.The Calculate Vocational Education Contact Hours Utility looks at students’ schedules for Career and TechnicalEducation courses, reads the Contact Hours associated with each course in the Course Master, and then populates theappropriate values on the student’s Vocational Education tab.The Contact Hours report generates information about basic attendance as well as attendance in Special Programssuch as ESL/Bilingual Education, Vocational Education, Special Education, Gifted & Talented Education, andPregnancy-related Services.The unrecorded attendance report generates a list of the teachers/staff members that did not record class attendance for agiven day or specified time period. This report should be run every morning and/or class period. To set up the report, go toOffice ->Attendance -> Reports.The Daily Summary report generates a list that contains information on every student that was marked absent forany period of the school day specified. This report should be run every morning and reviewed so that updates canbe made for the previous school day.Scheduled tasks are reports, processes or utilities that have a schedule attached.
