The Research & Innovation Office (RIO) is pleased to announce the opening of the GCET Internal Research Grants Program for the academic year 2025/2026.
Eligible researchers are invited to submit proposals aligned with the strategic research priorities of GCET.

Before preparing your proposal, please read the GCET Research Policy to ensure your project aligns with internal funding guidelines and institutional priorities.
All proposals must be submitted using the official online application form provided on this page.
You will be required to upload your proposal document along with any additional required attachments.
Your proposal must include the following key components:
Project Title and Type
Applicant and Team Information
Executive Summary
Problem Statement and Objectives
Literature Review
Methodology and Timeline
Budget and Justification
Expected Outcomes and Impact
If your proposal includes co-investigators or collaborators from other departments, clearly define their roles and contributions within the proposal.
Follow the budget preparation instructions outlined in the Research Policy.
Only eligible expenses will be considered for funding.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 16 October 2025.

The Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) must be from GCET. All team roles and contributions must be clearly outlined
Expenses such as personal devices, international travel without justification, or unrelated consulting services will not be considered. Refer to the Research Policy for complete budget rules.
Each applicant may submit only one proposal as a Principal Investigator (PI). You may be listed as a co-investigator in other proposals, as long as all Co-PIs are GCET-affiliated.
