Use this powerful app to help guide learning, share work, and manage your student's devices. When teaching in class, you can launch (and lock students in) a specific app or website. You can also send documents to and receive them from your students, and share student work locally on your Promethean Board using your Apple TV. Finally, you can see which apps students are working in and, at the end of the class, view a summary of how students spent their time.

• Ready to start your year off with a Pear Deck lesson? Use Apple Classroom to send your students to the joinpd.com website when you are ready to launch Pear Deck. (*Have them "Add to Homescreen" to create a shortcut on their devices and save some time any time you want to use Pear Deck*)

• While you are pulling small groups at your back table, use Apple Classroom to monitor your students that are at their desks to keep them on task. (*Use a screenshot to capture any documentation you may need*) 

• Use your Apple TV and 'Airplay' within Apple Classroom to display student's work on your Promethean Board. Flip your lesson and let the students be the teacher, and explain their work to show off their understanding!
