Students and teachers are expected to abide by the social contract created in our first week of class at all times.
Classroom Behavior Policy
1st redirection: CKH four questions
2nd redirection: CKH 5th question
3rd redirection: Refocus form
4th redirection: Social contract reflection
5th redirection: Behavior notice (return signed) and email home
Technology Policy
1st incident: CKH four questions
2nd incident: Refocus form
3rd incident: Behavior notice (return signed) and email home
4th incident: Loss of technology privileges and email home
Citizenship Grades
Outstanding: Student goes above and beyond classroom expectations.
Satisfactory: Student is meeting expectations for behavior.
Needs Improvement: Student consistently needs redirection without signs of reflection and/or student earns 3 or more behavior notices, including playground incidents.
Unsatisfactory: Student earns 5 or more behavior notices, or a suspension. Student has severe misconduct (violence, theft, bullying, etc.).
