Enrollment

To register a student you should present the following:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residence (bill with guardian name and address or other official mail)
• Parenting Plan/Custody Papers (if applicable)
• Student's Immunization Record
• Student's Physical Examination
• Legal Guardian Identification (drivers license or other proof of ID)
