This is a voluntary program available to offer supportive services to students experiencing academic, behavioral, and/or emotional difficulties that may pose barriers to school success. Students may be referred by parents/guardians, school personnel, peers, or self-referrals. The SAP team is comprised of specially trained teachers, administrators, school counselors, and behavioral health consultants (Megan Johnson). Our goal is to work together to offer any supports our students may need. When there are barriers beyond the scope of the school, the team can provide linkage for families to access community resources.
