Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania’s programs are designed to give Girl Scouts the tools and skills they need to become leaders in their communities. Our programs focus on the four pillars of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience: STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math), outdoor experiences, life skills, and entrepreneurship. The Girl Scouts are bringing robots and will have a variety of coding challenges!

Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics is a 2-year trade school that produces top-notch aircraft mechanics and avionics technicians to enter the workforce. PIA specializes in Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) and Aviation Electronics Technology (AET) and provides hands-on skill sets based on aviation industry practices, but transferable into a diverse set of related occupations.
Founded in 1990, the Cumberland Valley School of Music (CVSM) is a non-profit organization and a full member of the National Guild for Community Arts Education. CVSM teaches all orchestral and band instruments, voice, piano, guitar, drama and theatrical techniques, Suzuki piano, and numerous classes for all ages.

"The Guild" at Greencastle-Antrim High School is where gamers unite to celebrate their love for all things gaming. This club offers a welcoming space for students to connect, compete, and collaborate. Whether mastering the latest titles, organizing epic tournaments, or delving into the classics, members of "The Guild" foster friendships and hone their skills while exploring the diverse world of gaming. With a passion for strategy, teamwork, and fun, this club embodies the spirit of camaraderie and adventure.
Our local libraries have so many STEM offerings! Staff from the Besore Library in town will be bringing books and a building activity for all ages! Come and create and learn about summer programming at the libraries!
Corning Credit Union is coming to the Expo to bring a financial dice game for students and families to play! They will also have fun piggybank giveaways!
Our local Intermediate Unit will bring items to showcase their STEM lending library that our district is a part of! They will offer a robotics and coding activity for all ages!
Chatty Chameleon is a learning center for our local and surrounding communities that serves hundreds of children and adults in new and exciting learning opportunities. Whether it's a new language (Spanish, French, American Sign Language) or another new skill (Computer Coding, Robotics, Art), or something fun for summertime like their amazing Summer Camps, children and adults alike have been going to Chatty Chameleon to have fun and learn something new!
We are not your typical watershed association, we have taken a very aggressive approach to cleaning up our creeks. We realized early on that monthly cleanups would not be effective in getting our creeks back to their natural state, so we go out almost every weekend year-round.
We remove everything no matter how large or labor-intensive from a 300-gallon fuel tank to a plastic bag, we work on average 2 miles of creek at a time and we keep going over that section till it's clean, after that we move on to the next 2 miles.
