Stage 1: Research
This stage is designed to give you a year to begin thinking about your study and plan for the pilot stage. During Stage 1, you should review your current curriculum, research best practices, identify areas of need, and determine a pilot plan.
Stage 2: Pilot
This stage is designed to give you a year to pilot and evaluate the materials you purchased at the end of Stage 1. During this stage you should utilize your pilot resources, evaluate them, and determine an implementation plan.
Stage 3: Implementation
This stage is designed to give you a chance to build your new curriculum over the course of two years. During this stage you should complete your curriculum guide and pacing, develop a plan for and create common unit assessments, and evaluate and assess needs regarding your curriculum training.
Stage 4: Ongoing Review
This stage is designed to be revisited every year over the course of the rest of your 7-year study. During this stage you should address areas of need regarding your curriculum study and make necessary updates.
