Click here to listen to our March 12th, Podcast where the Simple Soulutions podcasters discuss Pennsylvania Senate Bill 1014 (SB 1014), passed by the Senate in February 2026, which proposes a mandatory "bell-to-bell" cellphone ban in public school districts to improve student mental health and academic focus. The bill requires schools to create policies that prevent students from using or carrying cellphones from the start to the end of the school day.
